10 May 2024 In March 2024 ANYg BIO was selected to participate in the NSF National I-Corp Program. This prestigious and competitive program provides funding for important customer discovery work based on Steve Blank’s business model canvas. The ANYg team conducted hundreds of interviews with potential users and customers. ANYg BIO was selected by vote for the “People’s Choice Award” in this cohort program.

15 March 2024 ANYg BIO, an early-stage biotech start-up, was selected for a Phase I SBIR award by the NSF [National Science Foundation] to develop an autonomous system for DNA sequencing prep in space and austere environments. NSF SBIR awards are highly competitive with less than 10% of applicants selected for funding in any typical funding cycle. ANYg BIO was selected on the first attempt.

14 October 2023 ANYg BIO was accepted into the Berkeley SkyDeck Pad-13 Incubator program. This highly competitive program accepts less than 2% of applicants and provides access to carefully curated professional programming, experienced advisors with entrepreneurial experience, and resources relevant to and coveted by start-up enterprises.
